My partner and I recently stayed at this incredible house nestled in the serene landscapes of Vermont, and it was nothing short of a rejuvenating escape from our busy lives. Tucked away on 150 private acres, the property provided us with ample opportunities to reconnect with nature as we explored its vast expanse.
We found ourselves spending most of our days simply wandering the property, soaking in the tranquility it offered. The nearby hiking and snowmobiling trails added an extra layer of adventure to our stay, allowing us to immerse ourselves even further in the beauty of the surroundings.
When it came time to dine out, we were delighted to discover Lancaster and the Copper Pig Brewing, where we indulged in some of the best IPA we've ever tasted. A close second was Smokin T’s, where the brisket left us craving more.
Back at the house, we were pleased to find that the WIFI and TV worked flawlessly, ensuring we could unwind with a movie before bed. And while we've driven through Franconia Notch numerous times, its beauty never fails to impress, adding to the overall charm of our journey.
What's more, the location was conveniently just over a two-hour drive from the Massachusetts border, making it easily accessible for us. We're already planning our return trips for the summer, fall, and snowy winters ahead.
A heartfelt thank you to Doug for sharing his piece of paradise with us middle-class adventurers. We can't wait to come back!
