• Absolutely perfect

  This location for my husband and I to have a short get away was perfect. The fact that nothing was very far from our front door was great. Adirondack chairs in the grass overlooking the ocean was a special treat. I love the ocean but not the sand so much. This owner put thought into her condo. She had a complete kitchen, ample bath towels, soft throw rugs, memory foam topper on the mattress, beach chairs/umbrella to use and outdoor chairs right outside the door. She thought of everything including coffee filters for the Mr. Coffee and cute packaged soaps in the bathroom. The AC and ceiling fan kept it comfortable while it was nearly 100 degrees outside. And to top it off, there is an assigned reserved parking space so you don't have to worry about where to park!!

  The condo was clean n well supplied with towels,

  kitchen utensils n plates, cups, etc.

  The contact person for the owner was super to work with n it was a perfect place for my granddaughter and I to stay!

• Not bad...

  It was nice overall however there were some things that made it just "okay".Outlets didn't allow you to charge things, the sink didn't drain, and we found a cockroach night 1 which left us paranoid the rest of the stay. Overall response time from the host was great and only steps from the beach.

• NOT SAFE

  room reeks of mold

  exterior door barely closes, large gap between door and doorway

  loud swimming pool and loud upstairs tenants

  cutely decorated, but HORRIBLE mold smell makes it a place I would never stay again. Had my vehicle towed while waiting to find out the correct parking spot.

  - The exterior door is a louvered design to allow for fresh air circulation. There is also a solid, dead-bolted interior door to ensure complete security.
  - Our records show that you received an email prior to arrival with detailed parking information, including the specific parking space number, which is clearly marked.
  - No previous guests have reported a mold issue, and our A/C unit is equipped with a setting to remove dampness. However, we will thoroughly inspect the property to ensure there are no concerns.
  - While we cannot control noise from other guests, we encourage guests to notify us immediately if there are disturbances. We would have contacted the upstairs owner to address the noise issue promptly.
