Great Location!
5/5 Sweet studio at a great location. Looks like the pictures. Everything was clean and fresh. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked for being so small. The outside of the complex needs a good scrubbing and paint job, but given the time of year we didn’t swim or hang out by the pool. The studio apt is right at the end of the boardwalk which makes for a great 3 mile walk to the other end. It’s also a 3 mile walk in the other direction on the beach. It was nice to have a grassy area on the beach with chairs and tables.
We called about finding the parking lot (directions said park next to Holiday Inn but there was no sign)and locking the door and someone got back right away. Bring your own beach chair and beach towels.
October stay
5/5 Our stay was great! We will be back! Only issue, we had a heating air conditioning repair company unlock door and walk right in one morning just after we got up. It was a bit unsettling. He stated that he was told the unit was empty. They were there about 10 minutes or so measuring etc. it would be preferable if this was taken care of when guests aren’t there. Other than that, things were fine.

5/5 The place is so clean and cute! The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend. The balcony overlooking the ocean was the perfect spot to have a drink and relax.

5/5 Property is perfect for two persons. The condo is always clean and well appointed. Have already booked for 2021.
