Great Spot near VCU
5/5 I was in town for the Marathon, and I'm very happy we came across this listing. Good location (off the main street, so it was quiet) for getting around the city, with a ton of restaurants and such on Broad and by VCU. The host was very gracious to allow a last minute late-checkout and I'm very grateful. Thank you!!

Clean, well furnished
5/5 The only entrance is through the alley entrance which is fine if you know ahead of time and don’t arrive at night. Local contact responded quickly to all my questions and was helpful.

Great once we found our way in!
5/5 Perfect little apartment, much larger than you would imagine could fit in the space. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms is great when adults are traveling together. Had everything would could have needed except hand soap somehow. Loved that all light switches were labeled! Very comfortable beds and couch. Weren’t affected by neighbors above.
The only issue is the entrance. We arrived after dark and had a bit of trouble since there isn’t access from the street associated with the address. A walk to the back of the street and we found our way in. Would definitely stay here again. Our local contact was very helpful.
