  • Good spot

    4/5

Overall a good place to stay. The house was very clean and had everything you’d need. It’s located right across the street from what I think is university housing, but wasn’t super loud! The most noise you’d hear is from cars cutting through the street and didn’t cause any issues with sound while sleeping. (also construction of a new building but it seems they are finishing that very quickly and they kept normal hours)They have a lovely front porch swing and nice outdoor space which I think would be very enjoyable under the right weather conditions !The beds were very stiff, so that was problematic for us if you aren’t used to/don’t prefer that. Getting in and out of the tub/shower is pretty difficult, so I wouldn’t recommend this property if traveling with older adults or anyone less able bodied. There is free street parking at the property and it was usually full so we’re glad we didn’t move our cars while there and have to worry about finding a spot when returning to the house for the evening. **it was graduation weekend so there could have been more vehicles because of that and this may not always be the case**We enjoyed our time here and the quick access it provided. Very easy to get an Uber to wherever you may be headed as well!

  • Great experience.

    5/5

The home was cozy, clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice. The only issue we had was the claw foot tub. It was very difficult to get in and out of. Overall all this was a great experience.

  • Not too big, not too small, it was just right!

    5/5

Cute little house just the right size for our needs. Kitchen is stocked to prepare meals. Loved the baskets in the bathroom to put our toiletries in . Other than band practice at the university across the street, pretty quiet neighborhood. Not really near any tourist destinations, so we took Uber multiple times daily. Owners were easy to communicate with before and during stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Richmond.
