  PROS,LOVED THE HOUSE BEDROOMS WERE LOVELY CENTRAL AIR WORKED GREAT IN THE LOWER LEVEL. UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS HAD THERE OWN WINDOW UNITS THAT WORKED FINE, VERY LARGE LIVING ROOM/DINING AREA KITCHEN WAS ADEQUATE AND EVERYTHING WORKED,NICE BIG BACK YARD FENCED IN FOR THE PUP.OVERALL GOOD... CONS FLOOR HAD SOME DOG HAIR IN SPOTS NOT FROM OURS AND WE SPOTTED A COCKROACH IN THE KITCHEN AREA WALL THREE NIGHTS IN AND KILLED ONE IN THE UPSTAIRS MASTER BATHROOM LAST NIGHT WE WERE THERE

• Too many issues w/house

  Location was ok; neighborhood was mixed; some very nice properties, others in disarray.

  House was remodeled and nicely furnished, but too many issues or problems:

  1. there were ants all over house (you couldn't leave any food anywhere)

  2. the dryer didn't work correctly (setting knob missing, and owner used a pliers to turn; very difficult to adjust/use), didn't heat well; called owner to complain; he said that he had a replacement dryer, but never showed up to replace; we ended up drying some clothes on outside decking

  3. we couldn't get into the house b/c the owner had changed the door code and didn't tell us or Evolve/VRBO; we had to call him and Evolve, and it took about 30 minutes until someone responded

  4. the owners apparently used this property as their part time home, and there were little knickknacks all over the house, that made part of it unusable, i.e. the tables were covered with "fake" place settings, and you couldn't use the tables without moving all of the place settings; this is impractical

  5. the cable only worked in the downstairs TV; it wasn't connected to any of the bedroom TVs; lack of choice for visitors; also, the house was advertised as TV/Cable in all rooms, not just downstairs

  6. the master bedroom did not have any dressers or anywhere to put your clothes; we had to live out of our suitcase for the week

  7. there was no coffee maker, only a Keurig; this was not practical when multiple people wanted multiple cups of coffee at the same time

  8. there were not enough utensils, i.e. silverware

Any inquiries or concerns we had were promptly addressed, leaving us with a sense of reassurance throughout our visit.The neighborhood was an absolute gem - peaceful, serene, and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The tranquility provided the perfect escape, allowing us to fully unwind and recharge during our stay. It was a pleasure exploring the local surroundings and immersing ourselves in the vibrant culture of the area.As for the house itself, "amazing" falls short of describing its sheer beauty and elegance. The attention to detail in its design and decor was evident throughout, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The amenities provided were top-notch, making our stay not only enjoyable but also incredibly convenient.I cannot recommend this listing highly enough! Whether you're planning a short getaway or an extended vacation, Brenda's place is an absolute must-visit. My time there was nothing short of magical, and I'm already looking forward to returning in the future.
