CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1972
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- ﻿Please take out all trash to the bins at the end of the driveway. If full, please take it to the dumpsters located at 8837 Orkney Grade, Mt Jackson 22842
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave slept-in beds unmade; do not strip linens
- Please leave all dirty towels in front of the washer and dryer in the laundry area
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
-﻿ Please cover the hot tub and set the temperature to 100 degrees. Do not turn off the hot tub
- ﻿Please set the thermostat to 65 degrees and turn off all fans
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Please make sure all dogs are leashed
