Beautiful Views/Lovely Home
4/5 Family of 7 including our 85 yr old Mom enjoyed staying over the weekend during a family waterfront wedding. Although the original footprint (the normal for this area) is still part of the house, the renovations and decorating are top notch and let’s face it you will be spending most of your time outside enjoying the water views. Lien was fabulous in answering pre-arrival questions and checking on us throughout the stay. This is my first time using Evolve and the rental process was seamless.

5/5 If you are looking to stay on the Potomac River / Chesapeake Bay, look no further you have found the spot! Lien was an amazing host, very communitive and super helpful with any and all questions. The property is stunning with a huge yard to play. The sunroom made for a wonderful spot to sit and watch a summertime thunderstorm while playing board games. We are looking forward to going back again!

Outdoor space was wonderful! BUT?
4/5 This get away was nice. The outside is very nice with chairs, kayak, fire pit and beautiful view. The kitchen was sufficient. Two down sides to the home, the third "bedroom" is a bed on cement, literally. The bed has about a foot on each side. The blinds that cover the windows are see through so there is no privacy and finally the street light is right outside that window, it is very bright in the room. The shower is probably 3x3, the size you may find in a camper. Overall it all worked out but I thought in fairness to future vacationers I needed to be honest.
