2/5 This house is an old cheap modular home and not well maintained with many missing amenities:no working coffee makerno toasterno top sheets on most bedno mirror on the rusting medicine cabinet of the main bathno place to hang anything in the bath rooms not even for towelsvery fowl smelling waterProperty manager responded well with a new coffee pot and top sheets. My impression is the property is not well inspected for visitors. VRBO was very disappointing especially with the very high cost of rental and management.

Beautiful setting on The York River!
5/5 Amazing sunsets! We loved watching the sail boats and tug boats on the river. Wonderful dock and deck for peaceful viewing. Large open floor plan for entertaining guests and the comfortable beds are a real bonus!

Terrible
1/5 House is outdated. The water from the faucet smelled so bad didn’t even feel comfortable washing up with it. Could tell the house really haven’t been clean properly..floors was dirty. Left used toilet paper from previous guest. Me and my families stay was so uncomfortable we left a day early. Do not recommend.
