Great Location: Stunning Views; So So House.
3/5 I booked this for four adults and four children. I was fully aware that there was a loft with four beds in one big room. What I did not know was that the loft had no air conditioning.
The house was comfortable and the downstairs was cooled enough by the window air conditioners.
I love Chincoteague and the location of the rental was excellent. The views at sunset were stunning. I would rent it again, but it is not suitable for eight people even if four of them are children. f

Nice Spot on the Water
5/5 Nice place for two but had lots of room for more. Has some upgrade work in progress, but nothing that caused any issues. Fantastic view and great out of the way location that is less busy. Shower had great pressure which was a plus too.

Comfy spot on the water
5/5 Fantastic view and convenient, quiet location away from the busy part of town. Everything was great and we could tell they have been working on making it better. There were only 2 of us and there was room for several more. Great shower pressure. The king bed is a low one, so if you have trouble getting up and down, you may want to switch to the queen. Loved the island and the nature and horses at Assateague Island also.
Spring Break Pony Visit
5/5 We stayed at the end of March over spring break. This home was great and our family of 5. We loved the location and the kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs. We would stay again. Thank you!
