Great location lacks basics
3/5 We went for Homecoming at VA Tech. The location and proximity to the campus were the best part. The rental lacked basic amenities that I have found at other VRBO rentals such as cutting boards, kitchen towels, hand towels in the bathrooms, a hair dryer and extra blankets or throws. The room layouts weren’t ideal for a mixed group of friends who would need larger beds.

4/5 House is large and generally clean. Cannot beat proximity to campus / downtown as 1/2 mile. Downsides there were a dozen dead bugs on the floor of the 1/2 bath at front entrance. House was over deodorized, perhaps compensating for animal as one couch had a bunch of short hair. Ceilings in two places indicated water leak. For a family or large group coming in for a game, perfect. However very pricey to not be perfect.
