5/5 My wife & I stayed here while attending a family funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. It was a perfect location. The home was clean, well furnished & completely modern. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

5/5 House was just as advertised. Very clean, nicely furnished, and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood but very convenient to restaurants and other sights. Lots of room.
Looks Great but a cold staged house for sale...
2/5 When we first arrived we noticed the house was for sale, which is ok however the house was not equipped to be an short term rental, it had staging furniture in it it was meant to be for sale. No comfortable furniture to relax and hang our with your family, the dining table was set for 2 people, the upstairs master was actually 2 twin beds put on a King frame with no pillow cases on the bed only decorative covers. One of the other bedrooms had a blow up mattress instead of an actual bed. The towels were candycane hand towels and a couple of mis- matched towels. There was toilet paper in only 1 bathroom and no paper towels when we arrived. There was someone else's left over food in the freezer and used coffee grinds left in the pot. There is also a dead animal smell coming from downstairs where the laundry area is and came through the vents every time the heat kicked on. It was like the owner couldn't sell the house and in order to recoup his holding costs, decided it would be a good idea to rent it out until he got a buyer, but didn't actually take the time to outfit it so that anyone other than 2 people would be able to enjoy their time there. For the amount of money we spent on this place it definitely would not be a place I would recommend.
