    Jeanny (owner) was delightful and accommodating. House was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. All queen or king sized beds would be great. Bathroom vent fans would be nice. Hair dryer was promised but not brought. She got a blender for us which was awesome. Leaving on AC is preferred when it is extremely Hot (one day owner turned it off to save energy). Too hot outside for that. All in all it was a very positive experience.

    2 burners on gas stove wouldn’t light

    Many frying pans but only one small pot

    No broom

    Plants growing way up and around front steps and ramp

    The door code didn’t work. Once it worked, the handle was locked and had to wait for someone to come with a key. No washer and dryer. Very small amount of dishes and silverware. Not enough to feed 4 people in one meal. WiFi didn’t work. Outside trash cans were full and had to stuff the 2 bags of garbage we created into them. Bathroom and kitchen had such little hot water pressure that you had to let it run for at least 3 min before you got hot water to come out.

We are committed to ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and after sharing your feedback with the owner they would like to address the following:

    -We are sorry for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. I wish I had been made aware of these issues sooner, as I would have addressed them immediately. For instance, I could have called the internet company to resolve the WiFi issue, brought more silverware, or arranged for a plumber to fix the water pressure problem.
    -I have now procured a washer and dryer on-site for guest use. Additionally, we have recycling and compost bins to minimize trash production, and I will ensure my cleaners assist with mid-week trash pick-up.
    -Please report any issues, such as breaks or leaks, promptly so that we can address them and prevent further damage. Our guest contact is available to assist with any issue or concern you may have while in residence.
    -We'd also like to clarify that we have fixed the broken faucet and other issues you mentioned to improve the experience for future guests.

    Thank you once again. We are dedicated to learning from each guest's experience and consistently enhancing the service we offer. We look forward to welcoming many satisfied guests in the future.
