Nice rental
4/5 The property manager provided excellent support and communication from the beginning to the end. Any issues we encountered were answered and corrected with no delay. The rental itself was clean and spacious enough for my small family. Its location to all things in the downtown area really makes this property stand out.

Great stay
5/5 The rental was very clean and a great location from all things in the city. Mark was amazing from beginning to end and was very prompt with any issues we had during our stay.
Generally not so bad but the neighborhood area is not good.
3/5 I was expecting a phone call for 3 days from a manager to extend my stay but as they told the property person they couldn’t reach me that was a lye.

New Construction, Clean, Simple
5/5 Fully Stocked Kitchen, we cooked half the time during a 7 night stay.We stayed with a total of 7 people. 2 on the queen bed and 1 on all of the 4 futons and full bed. There was no pull out bed, just the futons which are short and great for kids and teens, manageable for adults. It is a 3 story townhouse and heat rises. Controlling the comfort from the cold basement to hot bedrooms was somewhat difficult.A great place and a great price. I would stay again.
