Issues
3/5 We had a few issues. Hall bathroom, the flush handle nut was off not allowing the toilet to be flushed. The sink faucet was very loose and slid around when using. The basement room breaker was tripped so several plugs did not work. The GFI plugs in the master bathroom was tripped. All issues were fixed by us. Not a big deal, overall, we had a very good time and would pick this house in the future.

5/5 Had a great 4 day stay with friends and family. Property was clean and very spacious for kids to run around. Property host had good communication and gave us a heads up on when the lawn mowing service would be there. Hope to stay here again next year!

5/5 This home was absolutely beautiful! The beds were comfortable, the sitting area in the family room was comfortable and welcoming; and the kids played for hours downstairs in the game room! The home was clean and had lots of room for our big bunch to settle in and enjoy some family time with cousins! We would definitely recommend staying here for anyone with kids or a big group cause it was very comfortable and spacious! Thank you!!!

All OK but the Check In
3/5 The good - because the home is large, there were bedrooms and bathrooms for family and guests to stay comfortably and have some private space. Nothing was particularly nice or updated, but it was all sufficient and the beds were comfortable. The bad - when we arrived at the home just before 10 PM, the door code did not work and the local contact did not respond to calls or texts. I was finally able to reach someone at Evolve (that is who is really handling this rental). The Evolve member was helpful and got us into the house only to find that the house had not been cleaned, linens and towels not washed, beds not made. That was tough after a long day of travel with a toddler. Cleaners were sent the next day, but it was inconvenient. Evolve did reimburse us for some of the problems, but we do not feel it was enough.

Wedding Weekend
5/5 My family came from three different states for my sons wedding. This was the perfect property to be able to relax and enjoy each other between wedding events. We had a great time and would stay here again!
