Great location. House very quiet even though on a busy street. Back patio could have been swept, but house was immaculate. Price higher than we thought because first and last nights charged $100 for cleaning. Then there were those other fees!
Never contacted property manager, so gave that 2 stars

Hello. I'm the next door neighbor and I routinely take out and/or return garbage cans from the street. Would you please send Daniel Walker's contact information so I can reach him? I'd also like to let him know my winter schedule.
I'm Leila Shultz, 435-232-2989. Email is [email protected]
Clean, conformable and the property had vintage charm. Would stay here again

The house is lovely. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had 8 people staying and we didnt feel like we were on top of each other. However, the house had not been fusted or vacuumed in quite awhile before our stay. There was a layer of dust, dead moths and bugs and even popcorn on the floor in the basement family room. The tubs had hair in them. Being terrified of spiders, the SEVEN large spiders we encountered, some in the bed my son stayed in, was my least favorite part.

Hi Ariane, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
We are glad you chose our home and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We have begun working with a new cleaning company to ensure that future guests do not share your experience. As the home is located in woods and a secluded area, spiders can be prevalent in the area and occasionally enter if doors are left open. We have ongoing pest control that manages and protects the home from these issues.
We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.
Everything was amazing except for the fact that it was 100 degrees outside and the AC fed air at a trickle. We jammed people into the basement to sleep where it was under 85 in the house. Those of us who slept upstairs, slept sweaty. The property is beautiful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There was entertainment space for everyone. But it was too hot. I would rent this again in the winter.
