• An Embarrassing and Uncomfortable Experience

  While the property came as advertised, it was not cleaned before our arrival. The bed was unmade, the linens were dirty, the trash was overflowing, and the bathroom was gross. The property manager was very responsive, and we left for two hours while it was thoroughly cleaned. The major issue with this property is that it is connected to another rental unit, separated only by an interior door that opens to their kitchen space and living room. We could hear the other guests as if they were in the same room with us. We heard every word of their conversations. The only solution was to turn the television volume up very high. During the night, we could hear all bedroom activities as if they were occurring in the room with us. It was an awful and embarrassing experience.

• Perfect Size and Location

  This property was perfect for 2 people. We loved the gas fireplace (just had to flip a switch) and gas stove / convection oven. The queen sized bed was so comfortable! The property gets a lot of natural light from windows, and the management has the outdoor perimeter well lit at night. There are several nice outdoor spaces for meals and enjoyment. If you are going to the Shakespeare Festival or SUU, this property is a great choice, as it is literally 2 blocks away. I'm sure prices vary by time of year, but at the time we stayed, this property rented at well below local hotel prices. A great value. Quick responses from management contact person any time we had a question. Would definitely stay at this property again.

• Such a gem

  This property was perfect for the two of us. The walkability factor was high, close to restaurants, the university, shops, grocery store. The patio was a wonderful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

• Good space for two

  The property was clean, sufficient space for two. Bathroom was spacious, bed was comfortable. We had to call to get checkin code; no one answered my message from the app. Had a fry pan but no pot for cooking. Parking was tight. Lot of noise coming from the other unit through the double doors.
