Our stay was great! We loved how close we were to the ski lift and the spacious layout. We will definitely be booking this place for next year!

I will start off with the good - the condo is in a good location, walkable to Giant Steps and has underground parking for 2 cars. Its three and half stories from garage to the game room for kids, you will run out of breath climbing the stairs but Brian Head is pretty dang high so its expected.
Now to the bad - we arrive after 8 hr drive and start moving stuff to the first floor and as Mrs. checks out the rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor, she tells me that the place hasn't been cleaned. The bed sheets were on the floor, towels in the shower, carpet hasn't been vacuumed. That's -1 star. Call the host (many times) on the confirmation email and text him, but no answer. The guy still hasn't called back or checked in on us. If you are listed as a host, its expected that you respond to call/text from renters. Another -1 star. Luckily, I was able to get hold of Evolve and they got in touch with the clean up crew who came to make the bed, clean the bathroom, vacuum, etc. One of them tells me the bed covers are not washed after each visit as they are big and cumbersome (wait, didn't I just find them on the floor???) but I ignore for time being as the entire crew was tired.
As soon as the clean crew leaves, the kitchen sink starts to leak water. Call them but they can't fix it til the next day. The sink gets fixed in the morning but after a day on the slopes come back to the condo and the power goes out only in our condo (there are five other units that had power in the complex). Now I have to be an electrician and check all the fuses, and the main fuse in the garage was tripped and I had to reset it. The pots and pans are old and un-usable, the bathrooms have carpet (eww gross), and heater is loud keeping you up at night. All these items equal -1 star.
The listing does not mention a hot tub (it would be nice to know so that appropriate swimwear can be brought). Traveler be aware!
Check in process was seamless, property was in great location to ski resort. When we arrived we looked over the place and noticed there were many light bulbs missing throughout the property. No extra blankets for beds. Just a sheet and bed spread and very limited cooking pans. The pan we had to use had peeling teflon all over them.. i called and asked the property manager to ask where light bulbs were so we could replace burnt bulbs and a few can light that were missing bulbs altogether. He said only 1 light is out in the hallway but that should not be a problem. Actually there were over 20 lights out throughout the property. Kitchen table, no lights at all, bathrooms, every stairway (there are 3 of them). and family room. Lights bulbs were never replaced during out stay. We had to move bulbs from one location to others than needed light. We asked for a few extra blankets. Property manger said if people want blankets they should bring extra. We asked for a basic 9x13 pan for cooking. Manager said “ya sorry we are not going to look for one of those”. Kitchen had an 8x8 and a bread pan only for cooking. On our last night we went to use the bbq for dinner. Of course the lights are out on the patio. Had to use a flashlight. The bbq was not cleaned and they left only an empty propane tank. So I texted the property manager explaining the situation and asked if he would please exchange out the propane so we could use the bbq for dinner. His reply “No”. So our experience at Brianhead was great for skiing, lodging and hospitality terrible. Concerns were brought to the management company Evolve throughout our stay. They were very nice but were unhelpful to resolve any issue. Property could be really nice but in its current state it is tired and needs refreshing. Also new pans and kitchen tools.I will never stay at this property again and would advise anyone looking to rent this place to think twice. Bring blankets in the winter if you want some. Bring pans and cooking materials and don’t expect help from the property manager Garrett.
