This was an incredible stay! The kitchen was well
stocked. The sheets/linens smelled so clean & fresh. The beds were comfortable! Plenty of room to spread out. We ate meals out on the deck & it was so relaxing. So many bathrooms. We would definitely return!!

We were visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon and decided to stay in between so we would not have to pack and move. With 12 women, we were thrilled to find a house with 6 bedrooms AND 6 BATHROOMS and no futons, sofa beds or blow up mattresses! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. The house had everything we needed and we felt very safe in the area. Annie, the property manager, was very responsive to our texts whenever we had questions.
The one downside to this property was that the drive to Zion was long and since we had to go through the tunnel to get to the park, there were delays at times. The commute to Bryce was much easier. It is also important to note that there are no restaurants in the Alton area, so we had planned to do the 20 minute drive to Duck Creek Village for food and groceries. Unfortunately the restaurants were not open early in the week right now and even the grocery store was closed on Monday when we arrived. (We were there mid-May just before the summer traffic began, so they may have better hours then.)
We were initially concerned that there was not a living space on the main floor, but we still hung out there at the kitchen table and counter and used the two living spaces on the top and bottom floors as quiet places for those folks who wanted a little solitude. We appreciated that there were fans in each bedroom, extra blankets in each bedroom, quality shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap in the bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. The 6 bathrooms were a blessing!
It is a great house, we just wish it was a little closer to Zion!
This was a great midpoint between park and activity locations. The majority of our time was spent out, however, at night our group of 11 liked to hangout together. This was hard to do in this house. The house has ample bedrooms but no place on the main floor to gather inside other than kitchen. There were rec areas in basement and top floor that were nice, but they just couldn’t hold all of us. The wiring is a little questionable as one bedroom on top floor had the fire alarm go off at 4:30 AM when the occupant attempted to turn on the ceiling fan. When she turned it back off, the alarm went off. There are odd random wires hanging out of the walls as well. We knew there was another property on the grounds but did not realize that it was attached to the main house. It was a little unsettling to go out to our cars the next morning to find random tools or shovels out in the driveway by our cars. We never saw anyone but could tell things had been moved.

Hi Amy, thanks for letting us know about your stay. After going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to address the items that you mentioned:
-You didn't reach out to us during your stay with any concerns. We encourage guests to let us know, so we can address them immediately. We've not had that occur to the smoke alarm before.
-Our listing notes, "There is another bookable vacation rental on-site, in a separate unit with a separate entrance, that shares the backyard. Other guests may be present during your stay." The other guests don't go on the deck, and they have a separate driveway and entrance.
-We do all the cleaning, and we know there were no tools left out. We also keep the garage door locked. There are snow shovels out for use on the deck.
We appreciate you taking the time to write your review!
Perfect get-a-way cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were there for the off season and got lots of snow, but it didn't hinder our fun. We would stay there again.
