  There was old ceiling leaks damage in the front room and both bathrooms. Master bathroom wall paper is pealing off the wall. There was only 2 wash clothes in the place. I bought 2 more wash clothes and left them there. There was only 1 dish towel in the place and it smelled like it had been baked it grease. I could say more.

  The unit was very nice and the location was great. If you bring a gaming device we where unable to get it to connect and I could not reach the contact we where given in the email we received.

  This townhome was anything but cozy.First day there, we found roaches coming out of cabinets where clean towels were put and dust all over theglasses. Washer was dirty also. This was our only bad experience with a place we rented. We were told that there was nothing they could do about the roaches that they are part of nature. We did not pay for a camping trip. Would definitely not recommend staying here.

  Nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Would suggest a detailed cleaning of baseboards and closet rails. The inner ring inside the washing machine had a lot of dirt that needed to be wiped out and vent was packed with lint. You could clean the lint screen but there was a lot of lint you could not reach to clean out. Could be a fire hazard!

  Towels were well used and there could be more hand towels and wash clothes.

  Only one dish towel to dry dishes and I found it in the bathroom cabinet.

  The shower curtain rod in the master bath is a rusted joke, could use a new clear curtain.

  The porch light switch by the entry door had a label to leave on at all time, hard to do since it is burned out or not working!

  The local contact person is very hard to reach. When you call the number given you cannot leave a message because her mailbox is full. Contacts over all attitude is very unprofessional.

  Richard, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  - We appreciate your suggestions for a detailed cleaning as our cleaners ensure the baseboards are dusted and the railing is vacuumed out
  accordingly.
  
  - The washer and dryer are both maintained accordingly. The dryer lint is cleaned out after each turn down for the next guests. When guests use the dryer, the lint trap would need to be cleaned out by the guest depending on how many loads and length of stay. The vent was cleaned prior to your arrival and would have needed to be cleaned out due to your extended stay.
  
  - The towels are less than 2 months old and still fluffy. Washcloths and hand towels are also plenty available. We provide 2 hand towels per bathroom, 8 bath towels (4 per bathroom), 4 washcloths, and a washer and dryer to rewash if needed. Dish towels are also located under the sink in the basket with one hanging on the stove upon arrival.
  
  - The Valance rod is only for decoration and is gold plated; it is not part of the shower curtain.
  
  - We always strive to be professional and respectful in our communications with guests, but we apologize if our tone came off wrong. We were in constant communication throughout your stay and did everything we could to accommodate you during your stay. We're sorry that you felt our efforts were insufficient.
