4/5 Clean rooms,great views the house it self can use some upgrades like paint and some siding replacement more for esthetics deck did not feel satble so we didn't use it wather pressure in downstairs bath very minimum other then that a good little spot for a weekend get away

3/5 property was clean for the most part.. host was very nice also maintenance guy. Beds that we slept on had hair on the beds like the sheet were not washed and flooring were not cleaned in certain areas. House is at an excellent location and very nice. I guess when you pay 248 for cleaning so i expect cleaning.. like instruction state leave as you come in so i expect cleaning cause im paying for it.. but it was a pleasant and relaxing weekend.
