  Very quiet and relaxing property. But property should be kept up a little better in the area around the property as well as the pictured amenities. Property grounds were completely covered in dirt and spider webs (all patio tables, chairs, and grill), had to use water hose and broom to clean everything off in order to use and enjoy. Grill was full of charcoal ash and needed to be cleaned before being used. Spider webs were everywhere (I understand the surroundings), but would suggest an exterminator to help with conditions around the house (I walked into a spider web on the back patio door the morning after I cleaned the area). The amenities (floating tubes) were extremely dirty and none of them held air long enough to use, except for one (I ended up buying my own). The kayaks were just fine.

  I have never left a bad review , but this was the worst house o ever strayed!!

  When we arrived we checked beds to make sure they were clean and to our surprise , they were not ! We stayed till 2am washing the sheets . The blender was broken, spider webs every were, we saw big roaches house was dusty pretty much dirty all around . The things for outside for the water were no different full of spider web . This house was definitely not clean for several months and the fact that they charge cleaning fees !!!!!!!! Some of the people in the group had bites after they woke up also we are pretty sure they were bed bugs !!!

  I reach out every time something new would come out and till this day I’m still waiting to a response for a refund or some thing ! Worst experience ever

  Hi Kathia, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  -We have regular pest control visits to spray for bugs on the property. Since we're near water, spiders are occasionally present. We apologize if you noticed a few webs during your stay!
  -We will address your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the sheets with the cleaning company so this issue does not affect future guests.
  -Despite our efforts to maintain outdoor cleanliness, natural elements may impact the area between guest check-out and the next check-in if there are a few days in between.
