Overall rating at 3.5 due to following:
Trash from previous renters contributed to a fly infestation until it was picked up on the following Tuesday. (We arrived on Sunday)
Inconvenience of having to request the hot tub to be turned on daily as opposed to having access to do so on our own. Although I understand why (some guest would abuse the privilege ), but I would not be that guest.
Lack of bath & kitchen towels were inadequate for our group. However, the host did see that new towels were delivered timely. I washed all of them and placed in central location for all to use.
Central unit in double bedroom (first floor near stairs) was not available. Host had placed a note on unit stating not to use due to it tripping other electrical functions.
Overall the home adequately served our group, just a few hiccups and we did enjoy our stay.

We stayed here with our extended family (two grandparents, four parents, three grandchildren) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The big back yard with a pool, a patio, and a covered deck was a great place to hang out.We had one small plumbing problem that was quickly taken care of by the on-site property manager, and a there was a poorly installed doorknob on the door to the deck.More concerning was the wiring for the whole house. The power to one bedroom went out repeatedly until we stopped using the A/C unit for that room. Lights throughout the house would blink intermittently, and both the coffee maker and the dishwasher frequently stopped in the middle of their cycle. I'm not an electrician, but looking at the wiring to the panel at the back of the house, I would say whoever installed it was not an electrician either. If this were my house, I would hire a pro to redo the whole electrical system.

Hi Dean, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and the homeowner would like to share the following:
-The guest contacted us regarding several issues, all of which were promptly resolved
-The coffee maker was found to be malfunctioning, and a new one was promptly sourced and delivered to the home within an hour.
-A slightly loose door knob was identified in the house, which was promptly tightened to ensure proper functionality.
-Upon reporting lesser flow in the kitchen sink faucet, a contractor was dispatched within an hour to address and resolve the issue.
-Regarding the reported light flickering and dishwasher issue, these were not brought to our attention during the guest's stay. Subsequent guests who utilized the same amenities did not encounter any issues, making it unclear where the problem originated.
-We've taken proactive measures by engaging an electrician to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the entire home's electrical system. Additionally, we're in the process of replacing a sub-panel to guarantee the utmost safety and comfort for our guests. Our discussion with the electrician regarding the guest's concerns has led us to believe that this repair will effectively address any potential flickering issues experienced.
Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.
