Frat house
1/5 This house was nasty, there was trash everywhere when we arrived, 2 dead rats on from porch yard was ankle deep. Definitely would not recommend, toilets leaked all over floor showers and tubs were filthy. I could go on and on

Hi Allison, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
- We had the home cleaned before your arrival using Evolve’s standard checklist, and no issues were reported by our cleaning team.
- We were made aware of two deceased rodents on the side of the property (not the front porch) and offered to have our manager remove them, but the offer was declined.
- We haven’t had problems with the toilets under normal use, but we’ll have them re-inspected to make sure everything is working as it should.
- We’re sorry if the condition of the yard or bathrooms didn’t meet expectations — we’ll be reviewing everything with our local team to ensure the home is fully guest-ready going forward.

4/5 House was clean and had plenty of space for a larger group.The only problem was there was no hot water.

Family reunion
4/5 This is a beautiful house. We had a wonderful time, enjoying the peace and quiet, the great weather, the local animals (especially the goats). If we had any concern at all it was the lack of safety bars in the bathrooms.
