Family reunion
4/5 This is a beautiful house. We had a wonderful time, enjoying the peace and quiet, the great weather, the local animals (especially the goats). If we had any concern at all it was the lack of safety bars in the bathrooms.

Thanksgiving was wonderful
5/5 My family used the house over thanksgiving and we enjoyed it very much. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen and living room area was large and had plenty of table space. The kitchen was stocked for cooking and everything is labeled. It was cold while we were there so the outside area was not used much but it was beautiful. The house was clean, the beds comfy, and the host was responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable and quiet
5/5 Our family stayed here for thanksgiving and we enjoyed every minute. The house has plenty of room and the kitchen, dining, living room has lots of space for big gatherings. The kids could go upstairs to the tv area and it was pretty quiet for conversations downstairs. It was cold to be outside but there’s plenty of room to put up canopies with the concrete pad out there. The views are nice for the area. The beds we’re comfortable and everything was clean. We had several families coming out of town and it was nice to have a room with a bathroom for almost everyone. Everything worked as expected. The WiFi worked fine for the amount of people connected to it. The TV does not have local channels but there are apps where we could find the game on some local channels. We will rent again if the opportunity arises again. The host communicates timely and answered all our questions ahead of time.
Great home for entertaining
5/5 We had a perfect 3 days in Rosharon. I was attracted to the place because it was big enough allow me and my siblings a space to stay with our families to celebrate my mothers birthday. The home was an absolutely fantastic space to host our family in comfort and being on 10 acres provided quite and privacy. The beds were very comfortable and 6 bathrooms meant no waiting. The host was extremely responsive in helping us get setup and even left my mother a birthday card.
Remote and serene experience
4/5 The owners were gracious hosts and made their beautiful home easily accessible and well appointed. Kevin, It was comfortable for all of us. Serene and beautiful and a little extra excitement by way of an alligator in the pond. The kids deeply enjoyed the sight. Plus the cows and horses nearby were a nice touch. My family enjoyed the accommodations and the days we spent at Spectrum Ranch. Thank you!
