Memorial day family get away
3/5 Upon arriving we contacted the host to follow up on family friendly swimming areas, she notified us that there were alligators and nowhere that our kids could swim even though we were told differently prior to booking then this host proceeded to hang up in my face and wouldn't answer calls the remainder of stay. this location was supposed to have 4 parking spots which one of the 4 is occupied by a boat with a tarp. When we came back to turn in for the night we crawled in what we thought would be clean linens in our bed. After laying down they were in fact not clean and smelled like a 95 year old women's perfume and had skin dander on sheets. Cob webs through out the house and very minimal cookware, no silverware and no phone reception to use gps to find your way around. Overall we were not satisfied with the accomodations and would not recommend booking here again. Also the check out procedures are two different sets of instructions that contradict itself. 10 out of 10 would not recommend property or this host.

Filled our needs
4/5 We needed a place close to the new boat ramp and large enough for me to set up my sewing machine to quilt while my husband was on the water and it was great for both of those needs!
