5/5 This property is unusual in that it is one of the rare locations in Prosper. It was 2 miles form our daughters home so ideal for being close over a holiday. House was exceptionally clean and well provisioned. Check in and check out was a breeze. Only issue we had was that guest contact was completely non communicative. Otherwise great place

Nice property. Evolve good. Manager not.
3/5 Property was clean and in good condition.
Several light bulbs were out.
Property manager did not respond to requests for help fixing dishwasher/disposal electrical breaker problem through Vrbo app or a call from Evolve.
Evolve property contact was very helpful and got needed info from owners.
Most plates/dishes were chipped.
No toaster.
Several kitchen drawer handles were broken.
