• Could have been so much better

  We arrived after dark and had a difficult time finding the property because it’s VERY dark. Also a long outside staircase that is dark. Might have had better lighting, but we couldn’t find out how to turn it on and no instructions were given. Then the TV in the main house did not work. I messaged the owner through the VRBO app, but no one ever responded. Had a big, beautiful 75” TV that did not work all weekend and had to watch college football on an iPad. Saturday evening, we we’re going to use the grill. Both propane bottles were empty and the grill was filthy, so we cooked inside. Discovered the kitchen cooktop was fueled by a propane bottle meant for a outside BBQ grill. The small cottage’s bathroom smelled strongly of mildew. In short, not as safe and well maintained as it should have been.

  -We do have exterior lighting in place, however, it may provide insufficient illumination during the late hours of the night. We will explore options to enhance the lighting to ensure guests' comfort and safety
  -The television is fully operational. It is a smart TV, and its applications function without any issues, allowing for the viewing of TV shows and movies. It is noteworthy that our property does not promote cable TV services. Rather, guests have the opportunity to utilize applications such as YouTube and Netflix directly on the TV. We will consider providing clearer instructions to assist future guests with accessing these features.
  -We value the cleanliness of the property and, in response to your comments, We conducted a visit to the premises, there were no reported issues with the bathroom in the guest house.
  -We provided contact information for local maintenance to our guests. However, we did not receive any direct requests for assistance from you during your stay. To ensure future guests can promptly address their concerns or requests, we encourage them to reach out to the provided local maintenance contact.
  Thank you for sharing about your stay. We do all we can to create the best experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Great house and location.. cleanliness concerns

• WE LOVED THIS HOME!!

  We had 13 people stay and so enjoyed this house and cabin. Our entire family of 6 kids and their significant others stayed. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their time!!! We will stay here again hopefully next year! Thank you for having a great property and excellent communication as we maneuvered so many people to one place! It was excellent.

• Annual fishing trip

  Wonderful place, very clean and lots of things to do. The cottage was a plus. We had a men’s group getaway and we couldn’t of been more pleased. I would recommend this to all. Thanks for the memories
