Close to beach but has issues. Not worth the cost
1/5 Pro: short walk to the beach and water views from upper floors.
Cons: the house is not maintained. 4 of the 7 AC units were out the entire stay. I contacted the management and they sent a tech out who said it was a maintenance issue. Nothing was fixed and the manager didn’t even say anything till after my check out
There was water leaking from a drain pipe in the garage on my vehicle
I paid for the pool heating which only worked during the day when it wasn’t needed
The bunks are shaky and not safe for anyone besides a small child. The fan in that room shakes like crazy and makes a loud noise. Not a good combo with the AC out
This is the third house I have rented in the area and I won’t rent this one again
