This condo offers a great location on Mustang Island right off of Corpus Christi Bay. Rent a car for an easy 15 minute drive for in-town entertainment in Port Aransas or the Island of Corpus Christi!
While you’re in the area, be sure to tour the Port Aransas Museum, kayak at Lighthouse Lakes Park, splash around at Aransas Pass Aquatic Center, and dine at Virginia’s on the Bay.
Of course, a trip to the coast is not complete without a day on the beach! Within 8 miles of the property, you’ll find multiple beaches, including Port Aransas Beach, Whitecap Beach in Corpus Christi, and Rockport Beach.
From Flounder Gigging trips to deep-sea excursions, Port Aransas is the place to fish! From this property, a short drive to Wilson’s Cut provides you kayak access to some of the best fishing and waterfowl hunting in the area. Bring your own bait and tackle or hop on a fishing charter like Dolphin Dock, Woody’s Sports, Deep Sea Headquarters, or take a short boat ride to Baffin Bay for some premiere fishing! When you get home with your catch from the day, clean your catch at the convenient fish cleaning station!
Drive 10 miles over to reach the Island of Corpus Christi! This waterfront town is home to the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, Schlitterbahn, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, and the famous Selena Memorial Statue.

Great stay!
5/5 There were 5 of us, my husband and 3 teenagers and it was very spacious. It was nicely decorated and the beds were so comfortable that we hardly wanted to get up out of them! The beach was a short distance that is within walking distance! We love visiting Port Aransas and will definitely stay here again in the near future!
Beautiful Comfortable Condo for Family
3/5 Inside of condo was beautiful and clean! The king bed was very spacious and comfortable. Construction was being done out the wall of the king bedroom we were in. Upon booking we were not aware of this construction and it woke us up the sound of grinding hammering in the morning when you suffer from migraines is not a good thing. There was minor issues the manager addressed for us the next day.

5/5 Hubby & I were blown away by the beautiful “home away from home”. Spacious, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed to stay on the Island; including easy beach access, covered parking, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, appliances.
The owner communicated before we arrived and was available by phone throughout our stay. We will definitely return for future getaways!
Enjoyable weekend
4/5 This was one of the best homes we’ve rented. Everything was as described in the listing. Tasteful decor, well-equipped kitchen (even sharp knives), comfortable beds, lots of beach towels, etc. The pool and pool area were well-maintained. Our granddaughter loved the pool. The only issue we had was the condition of the deck and deck furniture. The cushions outside were covered in mildew and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Paint on the decking and railing was peeling badly. This made the deck less appealing for us. It’s a lovely place for a family beach outing.

Enjoyable stay
4/5 This is a comfortable condo for a family vacation. The interior was as shown in the listing - tasteful decor, well- equipped kitchen (even sharp knives), living area had plenty of lounging space, beds were comfy, bathrooms were well- stocked. We couldn’t have asked for more.
The deck and deck furniture were not well-maintained, which made it less enjoyable to be out there.
The pool and pool area were clean and well-equipped. Our family really enjoyed the pool.
