CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please text the Guest Contact when you check in and check out
- Please contact the host in advance if you need to arrange an earlier check in or late check out
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 0220 
- Do not lock the door between the garage and the house. In case of any trouble with the keyless lock we use the garage to enter the house. Please to not lock
- The code for the garage door is 1099
- There is a key-card to access the community amenities
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please contact the host if you need to arrange a later check out
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- For your safety and privacy please log off from ALL apps you have logged in on the TV
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Double check to ensure you have all your belongs. However if you do realize you have left something of value behind, please contact us ASAP. We are not responsible for any items left behind and there is no guarantee we can find it or get it back to you. However if it is possible, we will ask you to provide a pre-paid/pre addressed USPS. Label and a pre- payment of $50 handling fee, plus any other costs involved in getting the item back to you.
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- The Point Venture Association can be accessed by car or boat using the key card we provide. Boat rental companies are located at the Marina inside Pont Venture. We recommend the use 4-wheel Drive vehicle on the sandy Point Venture Beach.

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the garage
- Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Do not park in front of any mailboxes or in front of any neighbor's yards
