Nice home, management could’ve done better
3/5 Home was as listed and met our expectations, the price was fair. Bedding was comfortable and we loved the big kitchen for dining together.
Here was our disappointments but they aren't a deal breaker for us to come back.
AC wasn’t serviced and it was barely able to keep up due to a clogged air filter. There was 1/3 rolls of toilet paper for 12 guess and 3 full days. Management company said they were coming over with a new air filter and tpee….never came.
80% of the automatic blinds didn’t work so the rooms felt dark….not a biggie, just an annoyance.
No coffee mugs, hardly any kitchen ware so don’t count on “fully stocked” kitchen. Be prepared.
Warning, they have all the porn channels with DIRECTV and if you have kids be aware. Thankfully the DIRECTV account wasn’t working so nothing came up on the screen but just a heads up….not cool imo.
While we were out, someone must’ve moved the lawn and blew all the grass over all the walks and back porch, the place just needs some attention to the outside…you might think it was abandoned but it’s nicer on the inside for sure.
Trash can was full when we got there and we had no place to put our trash, was frustrating. Getting into the property can be confusing as there are multiple structures on the lot so just take your time.
Overall a nice home inside and can house a larger group. Just what you get with a large management company versus a Airbnb managed by the actual owners.
Excellent Home for Multi-Family Trip
5/5 We stayed here for an out of town wedding, and the home was perfect for multiple families staying together. There was plenty of space to spread out but also plenty of room when enjoying time together.

5/5 Fantastic stay. Great rural location. We had the wrong door code and microwave does not work — otherwise awesome. Highly recommend for future bookings.
