- The clubhouse is available with additional fees paid on-site. Taxes of 8% will be added to all fees. During the weekend, each guest over the age of 23 must pay $54 to access the clubhouse. Each guest under the age of 23 must pay $11 to access the clubhouse. For a family of up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children under the age of 23), the weekend cost is $109. The weekend charge can last up to 3 consecutive days. The weekly charge can last between 4-7 consecutive days. Each guest over the age of 23 must pay $81 to access the clubhouse during the week. Each guest under the age of 23 must pay $16 to access the clubhouse during the week. For a family of up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children under the age of 23), the weekly cost is $164. A temporary membership card will be generated, and an agreement is required. Please note that clubhouse fees are non-refundable

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Vehicle, driver info, and all guest names will be required to enter the community. Security will not allow trailers to enter the community. Boats and trailers may be parked at the marina nearby. Boats may park at the boardwalk next to the property during the day, with no boat parking at night. The clubhouse and amenities are for members only. A temporary membership for guests is available prior to arrival. Please contact the owner directly to pay and fill out the necessary forms
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. As soon as possible before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the keyless entry
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile on top of the washer/dryer
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
