Spectacular Views
5/5 Enjoyed the dockside access, spectacular views aided by remote shades and Blackstone flat iron grill. Good value for such generous accommodations.

4/5 Nice home and a great spot. The back deck faces easterly which provided a great place to hang in the evenings and lounge on the comfy outdoor furniture. Although in a neighborhood, it has a very private feel.
A couple of negatives:
Needs more cookware like skillets, pots, cookie sheets etc.
In the advertisement it is assumed that the boat lift is available, but it is not.
A regular bed in the upstairs master would be nice (for us big kids) in place of a bunk bed.
Over all, lovely home.
