Perfect Stay in Lubbock
5/5 This was a very delightful stay for a high school graduation weekend the last weekend in May. We arrived 15 minutes early and they let us in prior to our check-in time. The property contact was very fast to answer but we did not need anything during our stay outside of that. The Wi-fi connection was fast and easy to access. The neighborhood was very quiet, with a mixture of larger homes that appeared to be single-family, and smaller homes that seem to be for the university students (many had for rent signs). Lots of activity with people walking the neighborhood and one block from the park. The kitchen had everything needed to cook with extra paper plates and plastic utensils in the pantry too. We did not use the kitchen much outside of the coffee mugs. The bathrooms had extra shampoo and soap if needed with lots of extra towels and washcloths. Everything was extremely clean and sanitized upon arrival with the exception being the shower door to the master bathroom. It was full of water spots, which is strange because of how clean everything was. The property had games, a dog crate, and a leash if needed for a pet-friendly location. Also, lots of people walking their dog in the neighborhood, just the sweetest area of Lubbock. I would recommend this large 3-bedroom 100% and hope to stay again when we visit family over the holidays.

Comfortable and convenient!
5/5 Home is clean and well kept. Everything we needed was available and in the home. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious with great closet space. Nice to have a full size laundry and bathrooms are well equipped and updated nicely. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to Texas Tech and all of Lubbock.
