5/5 My wife wanted to float the river so I found this beautiful house. I felt like I was at home here and it’s not that far of a drive to the river I would stay here again

Weekend River Trip
5/5 We chose this property because of the price and location. We were in town to float the San Marcos river and wanted to stay somewhere nice, relaxing, & not far from the river. This property was perfect for our group & in a very nice area!

TXST graduation weekend
5/5 Great weekend spent at TXST graduation! Location was close enough to get to/from campus and 15 min from our students off campus residence. Great open floor plan and was much more comfortable than a hotel. Sad we just discovered it after graduation :)

Beautiful home
5/5 My family and I stayed at Chads place for a wedding. The home was beautiful and just as the pictures showed! Close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this home!

5/5 The house was great. The kitchen is large, with a large island. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and had plenty of towels and blankets etc
We really appreciated the fully fenced in yard for the dogs. We had out of town family over on Saturday, and sat outside on the large, covered patio to visit!
Our only issue was that there was no storage containers, tin foil or zip top bags. Other than that, the kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates, utensils, and pans.
We enjoyed our visit, and the ease of finding pur way around Lockhart.
