Perfect Llano Family Destination
5/5 This house is in the heart of down town just a couple blocks off the square. Everything you could need with plenty of space and parking. An older home that is not only comfortable and cozy, but very accommodating. Thanks for the great stay.

5/5 My family made special memories in the home on Luce. Everything they needed was accessible and we were very comfortable. The only suggestion for your B&B is that you could put signs or someway to recognize the home as the B&B. Thanks for the hospitality .,.

Property had mice.
2/5 Property had a mice infestation. Property owner did send an exterminator but that did not resolve the problem.

Hi Spencer, thanks for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: "We immediately responded with an emergency pest control agent who was able to identify a small space the mice were entering, as it had been cold and wet, driving them inside. He closed the opening and placed bait. Unfortunately, mice cannot be remediated overnight. We apologized and did everything we could to make things right including a refund and didn't know what else we could do but respond in the most timely fashion. We continued to bait and trap, and have had zero issues since that visit and have not seen any evidence of mice."
