• Not for a repeat stay

  Could be a nice place but not well maintained and not cleaned well at all. Has all the necessities and is in a nice quiet neighborhood and fine if you are coming just to fish and don’t want to drive anywhere. Good for people who don’t care about any of the above and just want a place to sleep between fishing. Random food remains like cereal and nuts and used napkins under ottomans (someone obviously vacuumed around furniture without moving ). Whatever cleaner was used on kitchen floor apparently not mopped well and left a very sticky residue which made your shoes stick. Beds were terribly uncomfortable and when we removed sheets at the end of our stay as instructed, the mattresses were GROSS with stains. Would have NEVER have slept on them had we known.Stains on couch pillows also. Saw a few very large live roaches and a few places on walls where someone had obviously smashed one and left the guts.Did not enjoy sitting outside because of mosquitos - normal near water but made much worse by the non-working hot tub which was basically a mosquito breeding container full of disgusting water. Instructions for televisions were incorrect; some light switches not working; microwave display not working, sliding door very difficult to open and close. Again, just seemed generally run down and not cared for. Could be a really nice place with some TLC.Will not stay there again or recommend.

• Lakeside getaway

  We had a wonderful time at the house. Super quiet neighborhood - you may see other homes but we didn’t hear anything but birds and water lapping at the edge of the yard. The only thing that was a slight negative was the lack of dishes. There was not enough coffee cups nor wine glasses for even the 4 of us. I don’t know about regular glasses as we each brought our own large insulated tumblers. Also had a shortage of small bowls, they did have a lot of serving platters which was great. Overall we had a great time and are thinking about booking our next girls trip here again!

• Perfect family getaway ❤

  We got in late, but the beds were so comfortable we had no trouble sleeping. Plenty of space for all of us to find a place to sleep.

  We had the pool to ourselves and it was perfect temperature. We played games, fished, ate great food from a taco truck nearby.

  Only issue was not enough towels. They had plenty lake or pool towels, but I found where they were the last day.

  The guest hosts were so helpful and courteous when I had to call them.

  House was clean and organized.

  We will definitely stay again!!! Better than any hotel you could stay in for half the price. Well worth it!!! Thank you

• Perfect view!

  Plenty of sleeping space and the view from back windows was perfect. We also ended up having perfect weather this past weekend. Will definitely stay here again.
