• Spacious & Luxurious with a Slight Blemish

  I would really love to give this place 5 stars. It's very spacious and feel luxurious for a very affordable price. The cleanliness is first class and the house provides everything you need. The location creates a very serene evening for those who love peace and quiet. Yet, my reason for my 4 star rating stems from a water pressure issue. I feel it may be linked to the golf course sprinklers no more than 50 yards out back. There were evenings we would return home from a day out on South Padre and have to wash off sand in shower provide a little more than a trickle. I am not sure if there is much that can be done to remedy the water pressure, but if there is, this place is 5 stars for sure.

The water pressure is working and is strong. Just a note; the Country Club water resources are not connected to any of the residential properties.

  Our family enjoyed our week in Laguna Vista at this beautiful house so much! The property is immaculate and convenient to the beach, the golf course, restaurants, and shopping! If you seek peace and quiet while being close to the action, this is your house!

• Beautiful home

  The home we stayed in was gorgeous. The community pool was a great refresher after a long day on the Padre strip. The beds were comfy. All the linens necessary were provided to us. All appliances worked great. We definitely recommend this property.

• Nice home for quick getaway

  We pretty much enjoyed our stay in here. Will recommend if your are travelling with a family ..calm neighbourhood,gated neighbourhood. 30 mins away from the beach ..pretty good.

• Just Perfect

  This property was perfect for our family gathering. Grandparents had a huge space on one side of the house while son and his family (wife and 2 children) had their sleeping area. Everything in between these two areas was very spacious for visiting, cooking, playing kids' games and just having elbow room. Everything was as advertised and when we did have a question, the property manager responded immediately and was very helpful. We will book with Evolve again!!!
