  Great view of the river. Older home with some remodeling done. House could have used some deep cleaning. Sofas smelled and dirty. Base boards needed cleaning. Air fryer and coffee pot were dirty. Had a hard time with the stove top knobs. They were a safety concern because they were not aligned with the temperature settings. We spent alot of time trying to cook and find the correct temperature. Could not get hot water from master bath, yet there was hot water from the master bathroom sink. I'm not a plumber but feel the slide valve in the shower facet is not working properly to allow hot water out.Entrance to house was not appealing. Mop, broom, and cleaning items were stored in plain view by front door.Also storage of pipes and building supplies stored between both building was an eye sore. Chairs on deck had alot of bird poop. top knbs

  - The home is older, and the photos aim to capture its unique charm and character.
  - A new cleaning crew is being hired to improve service, and they’ll be reminded to deep clean areas like the sofas, baseboards, and outdoor furniture. Appliances like the air fryer and coffee maker will also get extra attention. As for the cleaning supplies left near the front door, that was an oversight, and we apologize.
  - The stove knobs will be inspected for safety, and we’ll clarify in check-in materials that the hot and cold settings in the master shower are reversed.
  - The pipes and building materials stored outside will be removed soon to make the exterior more inviting.

• Good for family fun

  Property was great. It’s close to where the Llano meets the lake so the water level isn’t too low but there are sandbars so you can put chairs in the water. The detached game room is perfect for having fun at night without waking the sleeping babies.

• Another great stay!

  We try to make it out to the Sager Lakehouse yearly. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the lake. It rained for half of our first full day so we spent hours in the game room playing board games, ping pong and darts- a Wii is also available. Once it cleared up we grabbed kayaks and headed out to explore. Kitchen has everything you need, rooms are comfortable and my kiddo loves the bunk room. Fire pit with plenty of firewood, string lights for the perfect evening ambiance and huge logs for everyone to sit by the fire. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere it’s so peaceful yet HEB, restaurants and boat rentals are an 8 minute drive away. We counted nearly 50 deer at dusk on our drive back every evening. We were really able to disconnect and we look forward to hopefully returning next year. Thanks for another great stay!

• Very Nice House and Location

  We stayed at the house to catch the eclipse and there were five of us. Between the three bedrooms and the large living area, there was plenty of space for everyone. We really enjoyed the location, especially being right next to the river. The comfort of the beds will be based on personal preference as I prefer a spring mattress and I think the bed in the master bedroom felt more like memory foam. There were a lot of sitting areas both inside and out and it was very easy to find your own favorite spot.

  Overall, I would say that the house and especially the location were great. Wish we lived closer so we could stay there again!
