Terrible property
1/5 The pictures on VRBO do not adequately show the property. When we walked in the door it smelled like cigarette smoke. The property was dirty including the cabinets that only contained dirt, trash and mold. There were no dishes. The only dish we found was in the oven and contained dried good. The chairs in the kitchen were so dirty we were afraid to sit in them. One bed was not made and had a broken frame. The towels provided were threadbare. Given the filthy conditions we were afraid the sleep in the bed. We did not stay in the property. We left after 10 minutes. We contacted the property contact and the management company. Needless to say we were very disappointed.

- We sincerely apologize that the apartment's cleanliness did not meet your expectations. We ensured the apartment was cleaned before your arrival
- We had clean dishes in the dishwasher as we made you aware before your check-in
- The towels are brand new
- We inspected the bedframe after your departure, and it was not broken
- The stains on the chairs were new, and we bought seat covers for them as soon as we became aware of the issue
- Although the cabinets were clean, they are a little old, so the color on the shelves is a little faded
- The beds were made, and the linens were clean
