CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Please reach out to Janet for the code prior to your arrival
- If for some reason the keyless entry malfunctions, there is a backup lock box on the side door with keys for everything on the property. Please reach out to Janet for information
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Return keys to lockbox
- Take out the trash - You must put in a bag they will be provided, no loose trash please.
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wifi information can be found inside the kitchen cabin door and in the Welcome Book upon arrival
