4/5 The host was very nice and available for questions via text. The check in process was very easy. The house is close to Dallas and Fort Worth, the neighborhood seems to be decent too. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to cook meals, plenty of utensils and plates, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent. There were a few small things that could be updated/improved and we found a few areas that weren't entirely cleaned. The bedroom with the queen bed is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures. Overall we had a nice stay.

5/5 Stayed here with my eldest kid, wife, and two small dogs. Nice property with a great back yard, pretty ideal for pets.
