Hot in Prairie
3/5 The house is nice and it was clean. The amenities such as pots, pans, cabinets and lighting could use attention. The pool wasn't in any condition to be used for the entire stay. And it was HOT.

Birthday Getaway
4/5 I rented the house for a birthday getaway for my granddaughter and I. This was a family trip with 10 of us. The house worked perfectly for our needs. Great location and close to all the places we went to. Quiet neighborhood in a good area of town. Nicole was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
Great Potential
4/5 Overall the property in it's current condition is a 3 star but the host was great at communicating. It's a big house with comfy beds in a safe neighborhood. Pool was clean and backyard had nice accommodations. My kids LOVED the kids bedroom with bunk beds, pacman machine, toys and a slide.
Seems like it's still in process as of June '24 of becoming a great rental - it was just missing a few things and has some repairs that definitely need done. I'd stay again as I assume those things are all in process (shower handle broken, door handle broken, painting in process).
The houses are in close proximity to each other as we got a text about the noise but it was just 3 year old in the backyard and I (the house behind us was having a party). While the text didn't bother me I would say if you're having a big group stay or you're a loud family it might not be the best fit.
