  So the house appeared nice, but overall was kind of disappointing. The outside wasn't very clean with cigarette butts all around, there was multiple dirty socks outside. Pieces of wood with nails just lying around ( we had three kids with us). The pool was very clean though and perfect size for little ones. The counters were also dirty on arrival. there was a few other misc things we noticed, like the check in/check out sheet that was left on the counter didnt match with the house, wifi password was incorrect, it said to load the dishwasher- there was no dishwasher, just some random stuff that was overlooked.

  Also before checking in i was sent two different emails, both with "check in instructions" and neither of them matched up, which was a little sketchy and extremely confusing.

  I did message one of the hosts while i was there to mention everything that was dirty ( so they didnt blame us). and instead of asking us they sent over someone to come clean everything up. I turned him away because again, we were already there, we didn't want someone coming into the house to clean up something that was already suppose to be cleaned. After i messaged them again, they completely just ignored me and never heard from anyone again.

  - As soon as you made us aware of your concerns, we promptly responded and sent our cleaning team back to the home, to which you turned away. The issues with the exterior were cleaned up at that time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and have addressed these issues with the appropriate teams to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.

  My family & I had a great time, the location is perfect. Close to grocery stores & fun activities for the kids. The pool was a huge hit for my son, he loved it. House is very spacious, kitchen is nice.

• Needs work

  The house was great. Unfortunately it was missing a few things that are advertised on the listing. We stayed for 5 nights and had to call management literally 4 out of those 5 days. The refrigerator did not work for 3.5 of the days we stayed and our food went bad. I am now having trouble being reimbursed for that. Also the only form of air in the king bedroom is the fan!

• Horrible service and money hungry owners.

  Me and my family met in Texas, some from California and some from Michigan. When we first arrived we instantly started to notice the floor was dirty (hair,food crumbs, dirt, and countless dust bunnies) and there was no broom nor mop in the house for us to even clean after our self’s.I later noticed the couch was broken and needed to be repaired as we were there. The bathroom later backed up and flooded the newly remodeled bathroom (the remodel was not done correct). We were then unattributed all three bathrooms for a whole day as the plumbers were waiting for approval from the homeowners, as long as they waited it seemed like they werent going to fix it. We had to take trips to a grocery store and use the bathroom. I’ve never done something like that in my life it was embarrassing. At this point we felt like the house was falling apart as we were there, on day 3 of our 6 day trip the refrigerator gave out and wouldn’t stay cold. All of our food went bad and the owners didn’t care to come fix it or even come look at it. We didn’t even have enough chairs in the house for all of us to eat dinner together and when we asked for more chairs they brought us steel folding chairs. We couldn’t even use the pool as it was dirty from all the debris in the back yard. If your looking for a place to stay don’t stay here. The house is unacceptable and overpriced for the conditions and lack of accommodations. I’ve been in plenty and Airbnbs or temporary rental properties for work and this was by far the most unpresentable house.

• Nice house

  Small issues arouse host was quick to help and correct them and had a nice stay overall in a nice neighborhood. Kids had a blast too.
