Nice house
5/5 This house was great for our getaway! Close to the beach, Kolache bakery and Ice Cream shop!
Not a good neighborhood
1/5 Came past all the persons on drugs to realize we were right on the edge of that neighborhood. Liquor bottle in the driveway, front door looked to be tampered with and the door knob fell off. My son was afraid for his life. A LARGE rodent ran across the floor and went under red chair. We had to have the contact person come and find a breaker to be able to put the AC and lights on in the upstairs bedroom. No garbage bags.

Our goal is to respond quickly to any concerns our guests may have, as we understand how important comfort is during our guests' stay.
-We have a strong track record of guest safety and provide details about the location of our home in our listing, allowing guests to familiarize themselves with the neighborhood. To date, we have not encountered any safety concerns during guest stays at our property.
