  This is our 2nd time staying at vitamin Sea, and it was just as great as the first time, the property is well maintained and put together, not missing anything that is needed for comfortable living, we will be back soon hopefully!!!

  My stay was extremely beautiful, the house was everything. I didn't have no Problem and no complaints. I will go back and hope I get the same house again.

  Everything was exceptional, we really didn’t have to leave the house for anything, from fishing, to the patio amenities, Five Stars from me, WILL BE BACK

  We loved the beautiful property but here is our frustrations at this price point..( even during off season) just for helpful feedback...1. Grill was reaaalllyyy dirty and spent 1 hour cleaning before using. :( 2. Roku TV was great- but not many apps are operable~we didn't want to use our credentials...so it was a little frustrating...but managable~3. Air flow was difficult to maintain in house- but loved the high ceilings4. Not ANY tissue or paper towels in the house-had to run to store...again5. Each bedroom had 1 bath towel and wash cloth per sleeping capacity...but plenty of beach towels...and yes pods available for laundry (that was very nice-but we brought our own) 6. The shower products were wonderful and plentuful...tku so much!!7. SUPER SAD the pool is NOT heated we rented THAT HOYSE bc of the pool.8. Sound system inside house did not function BRING A PORTABLE radio9. Pool cabana TV did not function-FYI10. No serving dishes whatsoever to host or take outside. We covered baking pans with foil to improvise...which worked :) maybe grab some clear plastic stuff at Dollar Tree ?11. There are extra spices and coffee supplies left over, that was nice but we brought our own...12. There is a "lift/elevator" on the exterior but it requires 2 people to operate-FYI. We didn't know it was there as we arrived in the dark and hoofed it up the 26 steps hauling our belongings. Would have been nice to know it was there BEFOREHAND. We had a few Seniors that struggled a little.Otherwise-Beautiful space, high end finishes, loved the kitchen for our Thanksgiving gathering...it was really perfect. We definitely would come back in the summer...truly. Not complaining, everything was REALLLYYYY nice. Just helpful feedback.Plentiful summer supplies for water sports and fun.A book with instructions for the lift, tv's, wifi in the house (maybe posted on the wall) A/C would be helpful too.The P.W. Beach club amenity was great-but hardly anything open. We did use the gym though. Try to plan everything before you go...it is pretty far out there.Thank you so much, again...we will rent in the Summer. Neighborhood is awesome, views are wonderful and neighbors were all very friendly. Ample exterior seating. Love the house!!

• House had issues

  Let me start by saying the house is beautiful, the location is great, but there was a let down with the downstairs. The main reason I rented this property over others was because of the downstairs area. It was 4 couples that wanted to relax in the pool and watch some college football downstairs. The pool was really dirty on the bottom. A lot mulch and dirt on the floor of the pool. We made do but was disappointing. The tv downstairs would not turn on and NO ONE CAME to fix it. To really top it off, all the fish we caught from a $600 fishing trip was ruined because the downstairs refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. Very upsetting to lose our dinner for saturday. Also, I am not a streamer, so unless you are comfortable streaming your tv, don't count on watching live tv. Bummer...But, as i mentioned, the house is really nice upstairs. Views are nice. There is only one bathroom upstairs for the bedrooms to share. Just a thought. Greg

  Hi Greg, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: "Hello Greg, thank you so much for your feedback. We appreciate every opportunity to improve as hosts. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen power surge in the neighborhood that caused certain circuits in the lower level of the home to blow that weekend of your stay. When you notified the local onsite team that Saturday afternoon, the electrician was scheduled as soon as possible to assist with the downstairs issue. Due to the high level of power outages in the area, the earliest the electrician could come to an emergency visit was Sunday. The electrician notified us that the surge blew the connection to the TV and the refrigerator in the downstairs area. Rest assured those have now both been fixed. Additionally, as a recent upgrade this month, we installed new Roku devices linked to all 7 Smart TVs. These devices will also have the app YouTube TV, which streams live TV for guests. Thank you for this opportunity to learn and improve our beach home for you and any future guests."
