This house looked very nice from the pictures and very nice from the outside, in fact, it had new kitchen tiles and seemed to have a new coat of paint, etc. Our major problem was that this house was not set up to be a rental house, it was more of a frat house. There were no dishes, no pots and pans coffee maker, cups paper towels, toilet paper, hand towels, bath towels, etc. there was less than this home to “live “then a residence inn. This house was on well water, the water pressure ended up being very low, but even more concerning was that the water smelled deeply of sulfur, and we were concerned about drinking it.
The rooms did not have bedside tables or hangers in the closets, there was almost no toilet paper in the entire home. I will never rent this property again, and although it looks nice from the outside, we had a terrible stay with all of our guests unable to enjoy being together, we ended up needing to spend every meal someplace else and all of our time outside of the home we had rented for our vacation.
It was difficult to get a hold of the property manager, but when we did, they DoorDashed over some items, but not nearly enough. For example, when I asked them if we could please have some glasses or wine glasses, they sent two glasses and a bag of solo cups. when I asked for a coffee maker, they sent a 4 cup coffee maker, but no filters, with a house of this size, and the 10 people we had staying together, this was a ridiculous “action”. Stay away!!!
