• Awesome beach rental

  House was perfect for our large family of 8. Lots of room to spread out, 3 bathrooms were a plus, beds were super comfy. We loved being right on the beach. Only 2 suggestions… Maybe another sofa in the living room and some large plastic bowls for in the kitchen. But that’s it! We loved the house and made some wonderful memories. My son leaves for the navy on Thursday and this is the last time I am going to have all 5 of my children together for some time. This weekend was really special. We will definitely book this house again. Recommend bringing a mosquito fogger. We are from the area, so we already knew to be prepared. Thankfully they were able to accommodate an early check in so we could make it to our baseball game that evening in Rosenberg. Washer and dryer were a nice bonus having to wash my son’s uniform! The electric shutters were also a really great feature. I appreciate being able to keep some of them closed during the day to help keep the temp cool in the house. Beautiful sunset out the back windows. Neighbors are a good distance away. I liked that the houses weren’t right on top of each other. Great communication with rental rep. 10/10 recommend. Rent this house!

  We have been staying at these properties for years. We actually know the owner Dr Ho.

  It’s always been a blessing to able to rent these vacation homes, not only it’s great for us, but also it helps the owner.

  We actually never had a problem with the house itself, besides the stinky well water, but everything else is perfect!

  The property was convenient to the beach and nice. Only 2 small adjustments., more comfortable seating shoukd be provided downstairs for such a large property. And there was no working grill.

• Nice location, but needs some upgrades and repairs

  The hosts were super nice so I will start with that. The things I would note that need repairs is the balcony outside is missing some boards to where a small child could walk through the gaps and fall and seriously injure themselves. I had to watch my child like a hawk so she did not walk through where 2 boards were missing on the balcony. There is one couch in the unit that is for 2 people and this is a 4 bedroom condo. Yes there is a kitchen table and a bar, but who wants to relax at a kitchen table or a bar. They need to get a larger couch in here to where at least 8 people can sit comfortably being there are 4 bedrooms in this unit and a 2 seater couch. The coffee pot in the unit did not work so we had to go purchase coffee while we were there. The fan in the master bedroom made a loud noise to where we couldn't turn it on while we slept. That needs to be repaired as most people love a fan at night when they sleep. I would also suggest they put a new mattress in the master bedroom. There were yellow stains that looked like urine stains on the mattress in the master bedroom. They ask guests to remove bedding before leaving which we did and that's when we discovered them and took pictures. The view is nice and it's an easy walk to the beach. It's also not a far drive to town or Galveston. Our kids had a great time and that's all we could ask for. I just hope they make the repairs needed and take into consideration the things noted here that need to be added to make the stay more enjoyable.
