  Property was very clean and the location was amazing. Having our own beach access and a boardwalk was very convenient. The view from the porch was great! I wish there would have been more couch or chair room in the living area. The small loveseat was not enough for our family to relax on.

  This property is beautiful, one glance out the window and you are overtaken by the majesty of the sea. Then you step outside and it’s less than a 100ft walk until your toes are in the sand. On top of the incredible atmosphere this rental has a full kitchen, HDTV, AC, and very confortable furniture. I highly recommend staying here.

  The ONLY positive about this place was that it is water front - on a public beach with lots of car traffic. When you see the pictures, which are old, you walk into a very different place. Dirty walls, dirty windows, dust on every fan and the air filter cover was CAKED in dust. The kitchen cabinets had stains and drips on them. There was hair on the floor which we swept up and then also… the fridge handle is broken, the fridge leans and is held up by wadded up paper towel. The owner will claim that this place was cleaned recently, but it absolutely was not. we took pictures of dozens of dead bugs and dirty areas of the house, which I then forwarded to the owner, or who I thought was the owner. The first person we spoke to was helping us get on the Wi-Fi and such so I brought up these concerns and they were very cordial and offered a refund but since we had spent the first night there, we thought it was fair to pay for the first night, but we were leaving because of the state of the rental. then, someone shows up at our rental to apologize in person, and this woman claims to be the location manager who admits to us that the owners are in over their head with the state and deterioration of these units they own. as soon as the trip ends, I’m now speaking with another “owner“ who does not want to give a refund and is being disrespectful and pretending as if the situation is not their problem.

  when you pay $1000 for a beach rental, you want to relax in a clean healthy area. This place is disgusting and the owners do not know how to rent a proper venue. PLEASE stay elsewhere.

  we left after ONE night of a three night rental. The owners are now rude, and there are plenty of other options that are clean and safe.
