Beautiful Homes for Friends and Family Getaway
5/5 The two main homes were so spacious and comfortable for each of our parties. We loved the closeness of the homes to one another so it was easy to go back and forth to eat or just gather together. The Garage apartment has so much potential and accommodated one of our couples. There were a few small issues in the apartment but Evolve sent their maintenance man over and within the hour, all was resolved. Plenty of beds/bathrooms for our group of 14. Keep in mind the guest house has only doubles and singles and one single would better suited for child. Make sure all adult groups are agreeable with various bed sizes to avoid any issues during your stay. Kitchens were stocked well, but note items do get crossed between houses. Plenty of parking. Pool and Jacuzzi's added a nice touch to our stay. Overall we would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Family Reunion
5/5 All three structures were very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked very well. We were delighted by the openness and decor of each structure. We would love to return sometime.

Wonderful location just outside of Fredericksburg. 3 buildings for guest to spread out and enjoy this awesome spot.

Cycling Trip
5/5 Our group came to ride in Fredericksburg for 4 days. We had 9 folks (2 couples and 5 single people). The set up of the location (3 separate structures) provided enough sleeping locations and separation so that we had privacy when desired. The large central area provided plenty of space for us to congregate together, chat, and eat. We also enjoyed the back patio for several meals and just sitting in the sun.
